Founder and CEO - Cody Winters
I was raised in Gresham, Oregon and have been living in Bend, Oregon for the past 5 years. I have 5+ years of experience working as an excavator for my Father's company JW Underground Inc. based out of Portland, Oregon. Growing up in a family with an excavation business allowed me to start running heavy Equiptment at a very young age. My passion to work within the construction industry for myself led me to Central Oregon to get a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University - Cascades. While in college I worked for a couple Construction & Development companies and quickly realized that it was something I wanted to do long term for myself. Just like that in 2020 Winters Construction Inc was born!
